In 2015, School of Rock was Andrew Lloyd Webber's first original show to debut on Broadway since 1971 and proved to be a monster hit with critics and audiences alike. The book comes courtesy of Oscar winner and Downton Abbey and The Gilded Age writer Julian Fellowes, while the score is a mix of original compositions and numbers from the movie.
